By using Foreman, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Foreman provides field service management software including customer portals, job management, invoicing, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or use the platform for illegal purposes.
You retain ownership of all client data you enter into Foreman. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers to store their information on our platform and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may not use Foreman to store illegal content, spam clients, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or harms others.
Foreman is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees you paid us in that month.
